Our second collaboration with Illuminated Brew Works and Chef Tony Mugica, the 15th Regiment - named for General Logan's Regiment in the Civil War - takes a classic farmhouse and adds tamarind & passion fruit to make an insanely thirst-quenching solution to all your summer issues. The 15th Regiment is their answer to a Berlinner Weiss, but using tamarind to achieve acidity in lieu of lactobacillus. You've not had anything like this little beast before, we assure you.

That said, local specialty brew lovers will be in hops heaven when Chicago Craft Beer Festival returns for its fifth suds-filled year.
Showcasing specialty, seasonal, and small batch beers from local, regional, and national craft brewers, the centerpiece of Chicago Craft Beer Festival is ticketed afternoon tasting passes where aficionados will be able to sample from more than 80 craft beers from over 40 brewers each afternoon. (NOTE: Because of its popularity, in 2016, tasting ticket sales will be capped at 2,500 each day.
